Water Aerobics Class
Do you want a great workout without the jarring of traditional land-based exercise? THIS IS IT!
What is water aerobics and who is is for? Water Aerobics is for anyone age 18 and older. It's a refreshing way to tone, shape and feel better. Each workout will consist of a warm-up, aerobics and cool down. All areas of the anatomy are worked to receive overall conditioning. Feel energized after an hour water workout!
