Roger Shaw Memorial Park is located approximately a mile off state Road 9 on 1651 E 600N at Big Blue River. It is 20.5 acres in size. It was acquired in 1981. The site is heavily wooded and has 6 miles of rustic mountain bike trails that run through it. Camping is allowed with permits by the Shelbyville Parks and Recreation Department only. This is a great site to hold camp outs for girl scouts and boys scouts. The fishing is fantastic.
