Each member of the staff is a qualified and competent person who loves children and will provide an educational experience for your preschooler. The lead teacher must have a Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience and is required to attend child development classes or workshops to update themselves on present educational changes.

The lead teacher oversees the teachers and assistants, also the classroom and academic portion of the preschool. All teachers need to have an Associates Degree or equivalent experience and are required to attend child development classes or workshops to update themselves on present educational changes. 

All teaching assistants are high school graduates and are required to have experience working with preschool age children. Also, they are required to take a minimum of 10 hours of child development in-service training each year.
