NOTICE TO BIDDERS
The City of Shelbyville, Indiana invites bids for the crack sealing of 9 streets in the City of Shelbyville for the summer of 2025.
General plans and specifications may be obtained from the City Clerk-Treasurer’s office at City Hall, Shelbyville, Indiana between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. or via
email request to john.kuntz@cityofshelbyvillein.com starting Tuesday, November 12, 2024. A $10 non-refundable fee is required for hardcopies. Sealed bids will be received in the office of the Clerk-Treasurer until 4:00 pm on Monday, November 25, 2024. All bids received shall be opened publicly and read aloud at the Board of Public Works meeting to be held at 44 W. Washington St. in the City Council Chambers of the City of Shelbyville, Indiana Tuesday, November 26, 2024 at 8:30 am. The Board of Public Works reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids.
