Economic Development Commission

Overview

Pursuant to Ind. Code § 36-7-12 et seq. all members are appointed by the Mayor, but one member is selected by the Mayor, one member is nominated by the City Council and one member is nominated by the County Council. All serve 4 year terms or until their successor is appointed and qualified in accordance with Ind. Code 36-7-12-9
