Sewage bills will always be mailed out prior to the 15th of each month.

Sewage bills are always due on the 7th of each month unless it falls on a weekend or holiday and then it is due the next business day after the 7th.

Summer Sewage bills are for the months of June, July, August, September, and October and are based on the average of your actual water consumption for the remaining 7 months of the year.

Sewage bills can be paid in our office with cash, check, money orders, Visa, MasterCard, debit card, and direct debit from your checking or savings account.

We also have a curbside dropbox behind City Hall on W Franklin Street for your Sewage bill-paying convenience.

Disconnection letters are mailed the first week of each month, prior to regular monthly billing. The letter states the minimum amount that can be paid to avoid water disconnection. If the minimum is not paid by the disconnection date, Indiana American Water will disconnect the water. If water is disconnected, all delinquency +65 charges must be paid to restore water.
